Meditation is a great morning habit.
It can help set the stage for a greater sense of calm and readiness to handle whatever comes up during the day, as well as deepen your connection to yourself.
A common question I am asked about is how to connect to a sense of meaning, vision and purpose. This is possible to achieve even if you don’t know exactly the “what” is yet, or how it should look.
I find this is often more helpful and effective for most than trying to force visualizing what you want, especially if you don’t know what that is.
Try listening to this for a few days in a row and see if it has an impact for you. Of course, it doesn’t have to be in the morning 🙂
